You are encouraged to contact the company if you haven't heard back from them in a reasonable time. We do not provide dispute resolution mechanisms at this point but will do our best to encourage both parties to resolve any differences amicably. We have provided a 2 way rating system to record your views at the end of a accepted lead's lifecycle.
If a lead does not get converted, the Company does not have to pay an incentive. If you believe a lead was converted but marked as unrealised, we suggest the provided rating mechanism is used to record your views and use your judgement in providing future leads.
